The Traralgon Harriers Athletics Club proudly presents the Traralgon Marathon and Running Festival, featuring Australia’s Oldest Marathon.

The event offers great value, a friendly vibe and a unique country atmosphere that makes it the ideal event for serious and novice runners alike.

Stay around after the race, as food is provided and it offers a great chance to socialise with your fellow runners that isn’t available at many of the major events.

Australia Day Community Event Award winner 2018

Last year’s 50th anniversary Traralgon Marathon was awarded Latrobe City’s Community Event of the Year.

To everyone who participated in one of the Marathon Festival events last year, or supported us in some other way, thank you for joining us and making it such a great success.

Knowing there are so many selfless individuals and groups in our midst, giving of themselves in ways that benefit our community, is testament to the wellspring of volunteerism and service in Latrobe City. – Cr Darrel White, Mayor, Latrobe City Council
